Cannel of Digbeth, this image show a rich blue colour of the water of the cannel, the reflections of the  tress, bushes surrounding the cannel and the wall on either side of the cannel.  The light of the sun that gives the reflection is coming from the far end where the curve of the cannel is.  The graffiti on either side of the wall gives the area a cluttered and removing the nature wild life look and at the same time colour to the surroundings of the grey and green walls.  The water of the cannel is  almost still.  The rich blue colour of the cannel gives a calming effect to the mind yet it is a strong bold colour. 

draw back - the image is slightly ruined as my reflection can also be seen 

Why is the water blue?

this above image was taken slightly closer to the bend of the cannel and as one can see the reflection is slightly more were the bend is. 

This image has been in Photoshop and the colour has been changed plus it’s been plastic wrap to thick plastic look and more of a handmade image.  I felt light purple looked better than grey more of a calming image.

This image is capturing the perfect  reflection of the building and the bushes near the edge of the cannel of digbeth.  This image shows clearly the water is still and not moving yet the water looks clean due to the clear sky that is seen via water of the cannel. 

This image has a lot to give; it has soothing colours no bold colours, there are lots of straight lines and triangles and oblongs etc .  

This is one of my superior images because it’s not only is a symmetry image i.e. the reflection of the building in the water but in also has a calming yet a happy and fresh colours plus its a very clear image to me. 

draw back - the image has a triangle on the left side top corner part of the bright which should not have been there.

Once again the water looks very still even thought cannel boat is moving slowly, if the water was moving, the reflection of the bushes and the cannel boat in the water would be wavy.  The reflection of the cannel boat shows a clear mirror reflection.  The four men are watching the boat’s noise because they are approaching a bridge so they don’t want to hit it.

This image is full of information and a lot to look at, however,  the colours are nicely chosen in this urban image.    On one side you can see the path and the beautiful  green bushes, walking towards the bright you move away from the industrial house which is on the right hand side.  

This picture is a exact symmetry image of the other half of the picture and has curves, however, it is a reflection of one side and the straight grey and magenta stripes in the centre is the bridge.  So which side is the reflection and which side are the actual plants.

This is a picture that i love why, grey water on one side and the grayish path on the other side with the beauty of the wild life plants growing on the edge of the path, the richness colours of magenta and cream that stand out and gives the image the beauty which split the image in half.

The  wild plants  are relaxing in silent absorbing the light from the sun and the carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, you can almost feel the silent in this image and  the freshness of the fresh air. 

this is the original picture taken at the back of this college, Digbeth, the bridge is above the and the pavement of the cannel finishes.  the reason i chose this image is due to the colour and the narrowing of the wall as you move into the tunnel and the reflection of the house and green bushes can be seen through the oblong hole.  it also says there is hope under the tunnel if there is light to be seen. 

below is the exact copy of the above image but it has been processed in Photoshop poster edge. this image show a better out line of the reflection of the house and green bushes through the oblong hole. 
  

the  reflection of the house and green bushes can be seen  clearly and it was mainly chosen because of the triangle which can be seen better in the water than by looking at the building.  

this above is a wid plant growing along side the cannel, what i like about it is its rich is colour and curled in a Spiro way to conserve its energy souses and has a rich colour of  magenta and cream.  it also shows that every living this has a way of surviving as long as they possibly. 

this above image shows the top section of the plant whereas this picture shows the top section of the plant and how it is rapped together in Spiro's to conserve energy.
